Israel's Ministry of Education reported that as of Wednesday, the total number of teaching staff members and students infected by CV-19 stands at 1,568.
30,504 teachers and students have been confined to mandatory quarantine.
Since the beginning of July, 197 kindergartens and 109 schools in the country have been temporarily closed due to virus outbreaks.
