Natan Eshel, a close associate of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, blames the country's citizens for the "second wave" and restrictions imposed by the government.

"The mouse-hole didn't steal, it was the mouse. A high percentage of the public who didn't obey instructions to wear a mask, celebrated in clubs and on the rooftops, at the beach and other public places are guilty of the situation and not the government that wanted to help business owners who didn't obey the rules," Eshel charged.
