Prof. Itamar Grotto, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Health, addressed the second wave of coronavirus in a 103FM radio interview.
"As soon as the economy opens, we cannot stop the outbreak, we see it in other countries, which have developed more slowly and later, and I expect they will bypass us."
