Avigdor Liberman penned a letter to Finance Minister Aryeh Deri, asking him to cancel land tax and payments to local municipalities for restaurant chains in the country.
Liberman said that with the government having failed in its battle with the caronavirus crisis, local businesses were having a hard time staying afloat.
