MDA called on the public to donate blood due to a severe shortage in the Type-O blood type in the country.
It said the shortage comes as a result of blood drives unable to operate due to CV-19 restrictions.
Additional demand for blood donations within the ranks of the IDF and citizens in need of treatment have aggravated the issue.
