Galei Tzahal army radio reported that a nurse at Asuta Medical Center in the central Israeli city of Rishon Letzion tested positive for the coronavirus today.
11 of the hospital's staff members were required to quarantine.
According to a Health Ministry investigation, staff members in the facility's cafeteria failed to observe social distancing rules during the day.
