Media sources in the US reported that 14 people were killed at a 4th of July party in Atlanta Georgia when a man began doing "donuts" with his car, hitting a number of attendants.
This led to a street brawl, with a number of individuals appearing to have opened fire. The incident is being investigated by local police.
