At its meeting this morning, the Israeli government adopted an overall strategic outline, the first of its kind, to ensure the existence of the Jewish people in the Diaspora.
Diaspora Minister Omer Yankelevich submitted the outline in the spirit of the conclusions of the special public committee established to examine the future of the Jewish People.
