Outgoing Defense Ministry Director Major General (res.) Udi Adam criticized management of the coronavirus pandemic: "There's no one coordinating the headquarters work. In Israel, there should be a professional body that knows how to manage crises, and a committee with former managers should be set up to run this incident.
"The problem is a management problem that will be responsible for delegating between offices without ego. The Coronavirus Cabinet is not a body that can manage, but only make decisions," he said in a Galei Tzahal interview.
On Prime Minister Netanyahu's "sovereignty program", Adam said "there's no practical capacity for comprehensive annexation."
