New Settlement Ministry will be 'father and mother' to settlers

Settlement Minister Tzachi Hanegbi has vowed that his newly formed cabinet office will become "father and mother" to the settlement movement. Hanegbi made the statement following a tour of Samaria with the head of the Samaria Regional Council Yossi Dagan.
