Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi said this morning in a Galei Tzahal interview that he expects the annexation plan will not be implemented today.
"I don't know if there'll be a declaration of sovereignty today - this should be asked of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. It seems unlikely to happen today," he said.
