Health Minister: We're at the start of a second wave of the virus

In a special press briefing addressing the coronavirus epidemic, Health Minister Yuli Edelstein noted that: "We are now at the beginning of a second wave of the virus. If people do not adhere to the government's regulations, we will have to take stricter measures."
