A man in a blonde wig and wearing a blue trench coat has killed two people with an AR-15 style rifle in Brooklyn, the NY Post reports.
The two victims, a man and a woman, were sitting on a stoop in East New York on Saturday afternoon, police and other sources said.
The shooter fired more than 20 rounds, killing Chioteke Thompson, 23, and Stephanie Perkins, 39. Thompson was shot once in the face and Perkins was struck once in the back. They were pronounced dead at the scene.
