Former Education Minister Naftali Bennett (Yamina) has issued a response to the resignation of the Director-General of the Education Ministry, Shmuel Abuhav.
"Shmuel Abuhav is one of the best public servants in the country," Bennett said. "He is absolutely dedicated to the job, starting work at five in the morning. He is honest, statesmanlike, a real Zionist, and has a huge heart. He is a true leader. I hope very much for his sake and for the sake of the country that he will soon find himself in another leadership position."
