MDA announced today that since the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic and until last Shabbat, it has collected samples from 432,314 people for testing for the virus.
Testing has been conducted throughout the past four months, by MDA responders and paramedics, across the country - in private homes, in drive-thru testing centers, in residential homes, and in various other institutions.
131,176 samples were collected from private homes and schools; 169,634 samples were taken from residents of care and retirement homes; and 131,504 tests were conducted at MDA's drive-thru testing centers.
