At the opening of today's cabinet meeting there was a confrontation between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Alt Prime Minister Benny Gantz regarding the protesters arrested in Jerusalem.

Gantz said freedom of demonstration is a sacred right in his eyes, adding: "Everyone who sits at this table believes. We back the police in maintaining public order."

Netanyahu responded: "Freedom of demonstration is something we allowed in the most difficult moments of quarantine. The claims that we want to limit demonstrations are absurd. I do not intervene in police decisions. Condemning rioters should be equal in all sides of the political system."
