PA head Mahmoud Abbas said that following Israel's application of sovereignty to parts of Judea and Samaria, it would be the one responsible for the wellbeing of Palestinian Arabs in those areas.
Abbas added that the Arab states had vowed to make peace with Israel only once there was a peace agreement in place with the PA.
