An electric bicyclist about 30 years of age was hit by a vehicle near the commercial center in the Bedouin town of Segev Shalom in the Negev on Tuesday night.
He was evacuated by paramedics to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva where he was listed in moderate condition.
