The annual march of B'nei Akiva (religious youth movement) to the village of Birya north of Safed will take place after a four month delay of the annual event.
The march celebrates Bnei Akiva's historic ascent to the site of the village in 1946, the year that it was founded. The ascent recalls the youth movement's initial endeavor in settling the Land of Israel.
