At the discussion in the Finance Committee a document was presented revealing the AG's position on Netanyahu's request to receive hundreds of thousands of shekels in tax benefits.
Advocate Oren Puno, Deputy Attorney General, wrote in the document in 2016: "The prime minister's private residence expenses are not taxable income."
