Head rabbi of Tzfat Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu entered a period of home quarantine after being notified that he had come in contact with a COVID-19 carrier.
Rabbi Eliyahu was reported to be feeling well and not exhibiting any signs of the sickness.
The rabbi streamed his daily Torah lesson live from his residence today.
