British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will announce on Tuesday which businesses can re-open on July 4 and the outcome of a review into the 2-meter social distancing rule, the BBC reported on Sunday.
Johsnon will discuss England's approach to the two issues with the COVID-19 Strategy Committee on Monday.
