A man in his thirties has been seriously injured and another two people have been lightly injured in an accident near the train station in Hod Hasharon. MDA paramedics treated the three at the scene and transported them to Meir hospital.
MDA responder Idan Shiff related: "When we arrived at the scene, we found a vehicle flipped over onto its side in the middle of the road, and nearby, another vehicle that was partially crushed. We extricated two men in their thirties from the overturned vehicle, one of whom was unconscious and suffering from multiple systemic injuries. The second man was conscious with only light injuries.
"From the second car, we extricated a woman in her thirties who was lightly injured. We provided life-saving treatment to the seriously injured man before taking all three to hospital."
