The Ministry of Health announced that over the past day there were 349 new coronavirus infections. This is the first time since the end of April that the number of infections has exceeded 300.
The number of those who have died following complications involving the virus in Israel is 304. The Ministry of Health also updated that during the past day, 16,369 tests were performed.
