In an interview with Fox News today, US President Donald Trump said that the United States was “very close to a vaccine, close to therapeutics.”
Trump added that the US is in great shape to deal with any future flare-ups of the virus, and stressed that his administration has no intention of shutting the country down again, even if there are new virus outbreaks.
