Head of the Yesha Council, David Elhayani, explained to Haaretz in an interview why he is opposed to the Trump "Deal of the Century" plan, and attacked Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, accusing him of trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.
"The Trump plan is a fraud," Elhayani said, "and Netanyahu is also deceiving everyone." Elhayani added that he is paying a steep price for taking such a public stance: "People are working to remove me from my position," he said.
