Jerusalem District Court Judge Alexander Ron rejected the State request to issue a closing and sealing order for a third of the IKEA branch in Eshtaol's area.
The branch will remain fully open until the State petition on the legality of the territory built beyond the 17,000 square meters approved in the plan is discussed.
