The government of Israel has approved receiving a donation of a drug for treatment of coronavirus patients.
A supply of the drug Remdesivir was donated to the Ministry of Heatlh by Gilead Sciences, a California drug manufacturer. Remdesivir has shown itself to be among the most promising treatments for Covid-19.
