A 40-year-old man perished in a fire that broke out in a hostel in Rehovot on Sunday night.
Magen David Adom paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead and provided care to eight other people who suffered from smoke inhalation. Five fire crews worked to extinguish the fire.
