Rambam Hospital announced the death of a patient. At the time of the incident, a nursing staff member was found to have exceeded his authority at the time of treatment. The incident was reported to all pertinent officials and a complaint was filed with police by management.
Police confirm that a complaint was received and an investigation has been opened.
