The Tel Aviv District Attorney indicted a 24-year-old Jerusalem resident for rape and sodomy of a 13-year-old minor, supplying alcoholic drink to a minor, and interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duties.
According to the indictment, the defendant met the minor on Instagram and during the correspondence between them, the minor wrote that she was 13 and sent a photo of her face. Later, the two decided to meet in a public garden in Ramat Hasharon.
