A law allowing Israel's internal security service to monitor the movement of CV-19 carriers has been frozen due to a lack concurrence on the issue within the Knesset.
The law has allowed thousands of Israelis to use an app monitoring their surrounding environment to ensure they did not come in contact with virus carriers and notifying them whenever such a situation arose.
