Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said during his meeting with Judea and Samaria heads that the U.S. has not yet given the green light to apply sovereignty, Kan News reported.
"The Americans call it a Palestinian state, we don't see it that way," Netanyahu said during the meeting.
