Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is meeting with heads of Judea and Samaria municipalities.
Later this evening, Netanyahu will meet with Blue and White leaders Benny Gantz and Gabi Ashkenazi to try to formulate an agreed outline for applying sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.
