President Reuven Rivlin spoke this evening at the memorial ceremony for the first Lebanon war victims on Mount Herzl.
"Terror actions against Israel and turning Lebanon into an Iran-sponsored Hezbollah stronghold will not pass in silence," Rivlin said.
