The Palestinians are continuing to express their opposition to the stated intention of the Israeli government to apply sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley, this time at the United Nations, Yisrael Hayom reports.

According to the newspaper, in recent days, Palestinian officials have been working to convince UN ambassadors from various countries to support a resolution condemning the intention of Israel to apply sovereignty. Such a resolution is expected to be brought before the UN for a vote before the Israeli government actually makes a concrete move toward applying sovereignty, and Israel is expected to strongly oppose it.

Since any resolution attacking Israel in the UN Security Council can be vetoed by the US representative, Palestinian officials are reportedly focusing on advancing a resolution that will be brought before the General Assembly.
