Two NY police officers have been suspended without pay after they were caught on film pushing a 75-year-old man to the ground. The video clip shows the man on the ground and bleeding after the assault.
NY Governor Andrew Cuomo said the incident was "wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful." The man is now in hospital, in stable but serious condition.
