Transportation Minister Miri Regev has accused the Treasury of being responsible for today's strike in Ben Gurion Airport. Airport employees made the decision to strike today, preventing planes from taking off and landing and forcing flights already in mid-air to detour to alternative destinations.
"Treasury officials are acting like they own the country," Regev told Channel 12 News. "They are handling the crisis terribly."
