Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Aryeh Stern yesterday paid a consolation visit to the family of Iyad al-Halek who was shot dead in the Old City.
In the recording of the conversation between the two published in Kan News, Rabbi Stern is heard saying: "There should be a good atmosphere between us all. There should be no need to own weapons - neither knives nor guns."
