Rabbi visits family of slain special needs Arab in East Jerusalem

Jerusalem Chief Rabbi Aryeh Stern paid a condolence call on the family of a 32-year-old special needs Arab who was mistakenly taken for a terrorist. The young man was carrying a suspicious object and disregarded an order to halt before he was shot and killed by Israeli security forces.
