MK Ayelet Shaked (Yamina) has attacked the ruling of the District Court reducing the amount of compensation to be paid out to Shefi Paz, due to her criticism of the Supreme Court.
"The judicial police force has stepped in again, showing that if you don't have the 'correct' opinion of the Supreme Court, you are not entitled to freedom of speech," Shaked said. "Your reputation will be ruined, and you will no longer be accorded equal rights under the law. 1984 is here."
