70K Bnei Akiva youth return to activity in branches throughout Israel

70,000 members of the religious-Zionist Bnei Akiva youth movement are returning to activity in branches throughout Israel. Parents of Bnei Akiva members need to sign a statement testiying to the health of their children prior to renewed participation of their kids in the movement's activities.
