Supreme Court rejects order to destroy terrorists' home

The Supreme Court today rejected a government order for the destruction of a home owned by one of the terrorists behind the murder of 18-year-old yeshiva student Dvir Sorek near the community of Migdal Oz in Gush Etzion.
