Micah Patman, the Prime Minister's lawyer, has requested that the judge not demand the presence of the defendants at future hearings of the case.
"It would be fitting to make this allowance," Patman said. "I think that this would limit the media circus and allow us to focus on what's relevant."
Plaintiff Liat Ben Ari responded: "We have no problem with this."
