Figures from traffic police show a sharp decrease in the number of road accidents this April compared to the same period last year.
In April of this year, there were 405 road accidents that resulted in injuries, with a total of 608 people wounded (65 seriously) and 21 killed.
In April of last year, there were 987 accidents that resulted in injuries, with 1,853 people wounded (175 seriously) and 25 killed.
