Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today held a virtual and festive toast with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis marking 30 years of Israeli-Greek diplomatic relations in a video call from the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem.
Greek Prime Minister Mitzotakis congratulated Prime Minister Netanyahu on forming a new government. Netanyahu and Prime Minister Mitzotakis discussed joint efforts to resume flights between the countries safely.
"Israelis have a great desire to visit Greece. We want to resume flights and tourism relations with countries that are in a similar position to ours, the most prominent being Greece," Netanyahu told his counterpart.
