The Haifa District Prosecution, with the agreement of the Attorney-General, has presented the Hadera District Court with an indictment against a local resident, aged 40, who is accused of incitement to violence.
The accused posted several posts on his Facebook page calling for the Prime Minister to be assassinated or otherwise violently attacked.
The indictment mentions four specific posts, some calling for violence to be perpetrated, and others in praise of those perpetrating violent acts. The prosecution notes that the nature of the posts was such that there was a real danger that they could have led to actual acts of violence.
