The Jerusalem District Court accepted the State Attorney's position stating that Prime Minister Netanyahu must attend a hearing to open his trial this coming Sunday.
Netanyahu had filed a motion that would have allowed him to avoid attending a hearing where his bill of indictment is to be announced.
