At the last minute, it was decided that the Norwegian Law will not be brought to a vote in the Knesset plenum today, due to the fact that Knesset committees have not yet been established.
The so-called Norwegian Law is a provision by which a MK who is a minister may resign his position in the Knesset in favor of another person on his party's list, while continuing to serve as minister.
