Former head of Military Intelligence Brigadier-General (res.) Yossi Kupervasser was asked by Reshet Bet for his opinion of a statement made by PA President Mahmoud Abbas, suggesting that the Palestinian Authority was being released from the agreements it has made with Israel.
"The relationship between the Israeli and Palestinian security forces is so far-reaching that I consider it unlikely that it can be abruptly terminated," he said. "It would also be contrary to the interests of the Palestinian Authority."
